Hooks take home opener, set to give away World Series replica rings

The Corpus Christi Hooks brought the win home against Northwest Arkansas Thursday night, 5-2, in front of a sell out crowd of 6,213 fans at Whataburger Field!

Alex De Goti went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles and an RBI. 

The Hooks continue their homestand tonight against Northwest Arkansas at 7:05 p.m. 

Many fans are patiently waiting until Saturday’s game at Whataburger Field where the first 2,000 fans will get an Astros World Series Replica Ring! Tickets are still available for the game.

Monday and Tuesday, the World Series Commissioner’s Trophy will be on display at Whataburger Field. The Hooks management have promised that every fan in attendance who wants a picture with the trophy will get one. 

Don’t forget to swing by the Hooks brand new Champions Club 3rd Base Sports Bar! It will remain open until midnight after the game on most days during the opening homestand.
