A man was seen evading police officers and leading them on a foot chase.
The incident happened just before 1:00 pm Sunday afternoon in the 2000 Block of Roslyn Street.
According to police, the man broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home and had a trespass warning and was told not to be on the property.
When officers arrived at the home, police say the suspect ran away from officers and jumped fences to avoid police.
After 15 minutes, police cornered the suspect in the backyard of a home on Loritte Drive.
Police say 23-year-old Jarrel Moore was arrested and charged with evading arrest and police added he had a warrant out for his arrest.
