CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The two men accused of killing three men in Flour Bluff last weekend were appointed attorneys today.

Myles Dingman is charged with capital murder, tampering and various other offenses.

Benjamin Lebleu is also facing a capital murder charge.

Lebleu pleaded not guilty today to an unrelated drug charge and assault with a deadly weapon charge.

Police were following up on a call Friday night about a burglary on Claride Street in the Flour Bluff area when they found three men fatally shot inside a home.

The district attorney's office has yet to determine whether they will see the death penalty against the two men.
