The daily weekday live-stream briefings from city and council officials have been changed to weekly. City Manager Peter Zanoni announced the new schedule last week. The weekly briefings will be live streamed on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. until further notice. Texas A&M officials provide their demographical spin during reports from City Hall each Friday at 3 p.m. You can watch all of these events on kristv.com.

6/13 and 6/14 updates:
The department of state health services is reporting that Bee County now has 31 cases.
Brooks County is now reporting one new positive case -- bringing the total number to two.
Nueces county public health district has announced it will no longer send out case reports on the weekends. However, on Friday, 15 new cases were reported. That leaves Nueces county with 336.
San Patricio county also reported 3 new cases Friday for a total of 48.
Jim Wells county added a new case this weekend. Raising it's number to 18.
6/12 updates:
7:00 p.m. Jim Wells County has added 1 additional case bringing its total to 18. The County says the patient is a female teenager.
4:15 p.m. Nueces County is reporting 15 new cases bringing its total to 336. 205 people have recovered. The County still reports 3 deaths. 5 patients are currently hospitalized with 3 of those in ICU.
3:30 p.m. San Patricio County is reporting 3 new cases bringing its case count to 48.
6/11 updates:
4:30 p.m. Nueces County is reporting 11 new cases bringing its total to 321. 205 people have recovered. 7 are hospitalized with 5 of those in the ICU.
6/10 updates:
5:07 p.m. - The City of Corpus Christi announced Wednesday it will no longer provide COVID-19 case-number updates on weekends because local laboratories are reducing staff on those days.
4:35 p.m. - Nueces county is reporting seven (7) new cases Wednesday, bring the total of diagnosed cases to 310. Of those patients, 205 have recovered. Jim Wells county is reporting an additional two cases, bringing their total reported cases to 15. Aransas county remains at five (5) cases.
4:30 p.m. - San Patricio Public Health Preparedness Manager Clara Rieder reported one (1) new case in the county today. They have nine (9) active cases out of 45 confirmed cases and have conducted 733 tests.
3:30 p.m. We have confirmed COVID-19 case numbers coming in from Coastal Bend region counties: Live Oak, which previously had 10 cases, now has nine (9). A case was deemed to be out of its jurisdiction and was reclassified to another county. Refugio county now has five (5) cases. Bee (22), Kleberg (20), Duval (5), Jim Hogg (4) and Brooks (1) counties remain unchanged from Tuesday.
6/9 updates:
6 p.m. Kleberg County is reporting one (1) additional case Tuesday.
5:20 p.m. Bee county saw its COVID-19 numbers jump by 11 cases Tuesday as the Texas Department of Criminal Justice reported 10 active cases at the Garza West correctional unit, and one at the Garza East unit involving an employee. No cases were reported at the McConnell unit. Nine of the active cases at Garza West are offenders, and one is an employee.
4:30 p.m. Nueces County is reporting three (3) new cases Tuesday bringing the county's totals to 303. 200 have recovered. Seven are hospitalized with 4 of those in ICU.
2:30 p.m. San Patricio County is reporting three (3) new cases Tuesday bringing the county's totals to 44. Eight (8) of those are considered active.
6/8 updates:
11 p.m. San Patricio County is reporting 2 new cases for a total of 41.
10 p.m. Kleberg County is reporting 1 additional case bringing its total to 19.
4:30 p.m. Nueces County is reporting 11 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the county's total to 300. 192 are recovered.
3:30 p.m. Refugio county has one new case. Their new total is 4.
6/7/20 updates:
Nueces County reports no new cases.
Bee County reports 2 new cases as of Saturday.
San Patricio Co. is reporting 1 new case.
