Identities released in Claride triple homicide

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Medical Examiner's office has released the identities of the three victims of the triple homicide last week on Claride Street.

The victims have been identified as James Tenant, 39; John Wayne Hughes, 49; and Steven Romine, 59. All appear to be local residents, the Medical Examiner’s office said.

Arrests were made in the triple homicide, that occurred in the 500 block of Claride Street on Dec. 13.

Myles Dingman is charged with capital murder, tampering and various other offenses. His bond has been set at $1.555 million.

Benjamin Lebleu is also facing a capital murder charge. His bond was set at $2,052,500.

Lebleu pleaded not guilty on Monday to an unrelated drug charge and assault with a deadly weapon charge.

Police were following up on a call last about a burglary on Claride Street in the Flour Bluff area when they found three men fatally shot inside a home.

The district attorney's office has yet to determine whether they will see the death penalty against the two men.
