Bubba's 33 has offered to pay for the funeral of two-year-old Frankie Gonzales, whose body was found in dumpster after being reported missing by his mother.
Managing partner Phillip Dunn took to Facebook to describe his heartbreak for Frankie and the rest of his family.
Dunn said the restaurant would like to honor Frankie by assisting the family with the cost of his funeral arrangement.
"We hope that through this donation we will be a small part in creating a memorial that will honor this precious boy for many years to come," he said.
Frankie's mother, Laura Sanchez, was arrested and charged with first degree felony injury to a child in connection with his death. She told officers she had been the only person in care and custody of Frankie on approximately May 28 when he died. She also told officers she kept Frankie's body in her house until about May 30 when she disposed of the body in the dumpster.
On June 1, Sanchez reported Frankie missing from Cameron Park. The next day, his body was found in a dumpster behind a church in the area Park Lake Drive and Alice Avenue.
