PADRE ISLAND, TEXAS — A 7-year-old boy was found face down in the waters around Bob Hall Pier.
Witnesses saw the boy unconscious in the waters around 11:55 a.m. Friday.
KRIS 6 News crews talked to the man who started CPR. He said they were able to get the boy breathing again. but he was lapsing into and out of consciousnesses.
The boy was taken to Bay Area Hospital.
His medical condition is not known at this time.
