CCSO to close concert season with 'Dreams and Visions'

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra will be putting a cap on another spectacular season with their Grand Finale this weekend, ‘Dreams and Visions.’

This concert performance will feature monumental orchestra masterpieces by Falla and Mussorgsky, including ‘Night in the Garden of Spain,’ ‘La Vida Breve: Interlude & Dance,’ and ‘Pictures at an Exhibition.’

The CCSO will also welcome internationally acclaimed pianist Michael Brown, who will be performing one of the most gorgeous and evocative concertos imaginable.

The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Performing Arts Center (6300 Ocean Drive). Pre-concert entertainment will feature live music, a cash bar and light snacks in the PAC lobby beginning at 6:30 p.m.
