CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Fire Fighters are busy keeping an eye out for hot spots after a large brush fire broke out on the city's Southwest side.
The scene was hot along Saratoga Boulvard, between Greenwood and Old Brownville Road.
The fire broke out just after 7 p.m. and it took crews about an hour to get the it under control.
Luckily no structures were threatened from the fire.
No word yet on what started the blaze.
