CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Robstown Independent School District (RISD) is investing in the health and fitness of the Robstown community.
"Join Robstown ISD as we strive to promote healthy living and introduce new ways for families to be active in their healthy lifestyle regimens," the district posted.
For the next 15 weeks, RISD will be hosting various exercise classes that are free and open to all ages.
The first of these classes is ZUMBA and takes place Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the Hattie Martin Cafeteria, 701 N. First Street, Robstown, Texas 78380.
Organizers encourage parents to bring the whole family to improve endurance, mobility, and stress relief.
