CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Real Men Wear Pink event was held today where hamburger plates were sold for a good cause.
The event was the kickoff of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with several ambassadors in attendance including our very own morning anchor Paulo Salazar.
“What we are trying to do is gather ambassadors for Real Men Wear Pink to show the rest of the new ambassadors, we can still be in a friendly competition but work together,” said Jay Mercado, representative for Radiology and Imaging.
The campaign is meant to raise as much money as possible for the American Cancer Society.
