CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Surfrider Foundation held their last beach clean-up of the year.
The Surfrider Foundation furthered it's mission statement this Saturday.
“The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s ocean, waves and beaches through a powerful activist network,” says their mission statement.
The foundation provided the proper supplies and even some prizes for volunteers who gave up a little of their Saturday for a noble cause.
The cleanup was at The Arts Apartments, 4224 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411-1226, United States.
Organizers told us volunteers picked up over 350 pounds of trash.
