CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History has a new exhibit opening this weekend.
The topic is the Hurricane of 1919 that dramatically changed the Coastal Bend.
The museum invited the public to join them this Saturday, September 14, at 1900 N Chaparral St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401.
The opening lasts from 10 am to 5 pm and will feature plenty of educational hurricane related activities for the whole family.
"This $5.00 event will be engaging for the whole family with historical speakers, shared experiences, live period actors, a photo room and theater, a hurricane activity, and a hurricane experience room," their event page says
