CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — "Boo! in the Blue" is the Texas State Aquariums yearly Halloween celebration.

The public is invited to the aquarium this Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10am to 3 pm.

The event promises "not-so-scary" activities for people of all ages.

"... a trick-or-treat scavenger hunt, Halloween animal enrichment and presentations, a costume contest, Mad Science Lab, face painting and more," their event page says.

All activities are included in admission, and admission is free for kids with the purchase of an adult ticket.

At 11 am and 3 pm, there will be a costumed dive show. At 11:30 am and 3:30 pm, dolphins will be dancing to Halloween music and the spook-tacular WIld Flight show will happen. Last but not least, the costume contests will be held at the Hawn Wild Flight Theater at 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.

To purchase tickets to “Boo! In the Blue” in advance and skip the line, visit www.texasstateaquarium.org/tickets.

The Aquarium will be open from 10 am to 5 pm.
