CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Military dependents, retirees and their covered family members can stop by the NHC Corpus Christi immunization clinic Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to receive the vaccine.
Flu shots will be administered on a walk-in basis, no referral or prescription is necessary.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends annual influenza vaccination for everyone six months and older.
As previously announced, flu shots for active duty personnel will be administered in the NHC Corpus Christi auditorium beginning on Friday and then again on Nov. 1 from 7 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
Information about flu shot availability will also be sent out through TRICARE Online Secure Messaging. To sign up for TRICARE Online Secure Messaging, visit app.tolmessaging.com and register as a patient.
