Beeville ISD has arranged a memorial service for the three children who were killed when a train struck their car over the weekend.

Aiden and Jacoby Posada, 12 and 8, died Saturday after being ejected from their car when it was struck by a train near Mathis, DPS officials on scene said. Aubree Galle, 5, died Sunday evening from injuries she sustained in the crash. None of the children were wearing seatbelts and Aubree was not in a car seat, DPS officials said.

All three children were Beeville ISD students, according to a post to their Facebook page.

“Nothing can prepare us for such a loss,” the post by Superintendent Marc Puig said. “At this time, the most important thing we can do is to hold fast to our faith, which gives us the strength to love, cherish, and support one another.”

Community members can show their support for the family and honor the children tonight at 7 p.m. at A.C. Jones High School Auditorium, 1902 N Adams St. in Beeville.
