Windfest is the largest annual event in Portland and it is returning for its 46th year, April 12-14.

The three-day festival features a parade, a 10K/5K run, market and food vendors and favorite events like the Dachshund Dash, BBQ and Chili Cookoffs, Horseshoe and Washer Tournaments and the Pet Costume Contest.

There will also be a huge midway with carnival rides, a petting zoo and a kid’s tent.

This year’s live entertainment lineup features the Season 11 winner of The Voice, Sundance Head, along with Jagertown, Cristina Amaro Selena Tribute and Earth to Mars, a Bruno Mars tribute band.

In addition to the winner of the Portland’s Got Talent contest, other acts include Robert Ray, Riptide, Reverend’s Daughter, The Zeppelin Project, Samantha Aiken, Janelle Shetters, Another Level and Bushbullit.

Portland native and comedian Steve Trevino will emcee the entire weekend.

$15 will get you a 3-day wristband, or you can pay just $5 for a wristband on the days you choose to attend. Children 12 and under will be admitted free.

Windfest will be held near the Portland Community Center, at 2000 Billy G. Webb Drive.
