Eight holiday attractions. One exciting venue.
Take Ice Land, the Festival of Lights, holiday 3D films, Rudolph 4D, ice skating, an arctic slide, train rides and photos with Santa. Add to it live entertainment, great food and a first class hotel, and you have some of the holiday magic that will be happening soon at Galveston’s Moody Gardens.
Located at One Hope Blvd. in Galveston, Moody Gardens is a good bet for family entertainment at any time during the year. The holiday season, however, seems to bring out the best in the park.
Consider Ice Land, for instance. A skilled team of master ice carvers have come all the way from Harbin, China to take guests to a whole new level of cool. This year’s Pole-to-Pole journey includes a giant glacier slide and features ice-carved animals that can be found in the North and South poles. Shivers ice bar will also offer a variety of holiday spirts with a new igloo theme. You can check their progress with the Live Ice Cam HERE.
Those who are looking for a little escape before the end of the year should begin with a visit to www.MoodyGardens.org.
