City to discuss water quality in public meeting

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – The Corpus Christi Utilities Department will hold a public meeting to discuss the contents of the 2017 Consumer Confidence Report.

This is an annual water quality report required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for distribution to customers of the City of Corpus Christi water distribution system.

The meeting will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today in the Choke Canyon Room of the Water Utilities Building on Holly.

The report has been mailed to customers in their June utility bills. There is also a copy of the report online at www.corpuschristiwater.com. Copies of the report will also be available at the meeting.
