Do you have questions about city departments and the services they provide? Then plan to be at La Palmera Mall (5488 S. Padre Island Drive) on Saturday, June 30th.
The City of Corpus Christi will set up about 50 booths there for "City Hall in the Mall," an effort to bring city government to the people.
Those who show up for this free event will not only find information on a variety of city services, they will also have an opportunity to get their children fingerprinted, pick up a library card, meet various members of the City Council, and play games with folks from the Parks and Recreation Department.
The booths will be set up from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the first 100 people who stop by will receive goodie bags.
Participants are encouraged to use the mall entrance near Grimaldi’s Pizza.
