School may be out but it’s not just students who are having some summer fun.
Schlitterbahn hosted its fourth annual Teacher Appreciation Day on Saturday, inviting local teachers to enjoy the waterpark free of charge (with a discount for family).
Lots of local teachers excited about the beginning of their summer break spent the day soaking up the sun and fun at the water park, which officially opened for the summer season last weekend.
With the start of summer, the water park will be hosting a variety of fun events like this one throughout the season.
