UPDATE: (7:50 pm) Corpus Christi police announced they found the missing 17-year-old boy. He was released into his parents custody.
Corpus Christi police officers need your help in locating 17-year-old teenage boy who went missing Saturday afternoon.
CCPD says the teen left his home Saturday following an argument with his father.
Police said the boy was upset and his father is concerned for his safety, according to police.
Later in the evening, the boy was seen by a passerby, who called police to a location along Staples Street near Ohio Avenue. Police confirmed the teen's identity and was detained.
