CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Mayor Joe McComb and Corpus Christi City Council members have approved a reading on a proposed affordable housing project on the city's West Side.
This was the second reading on the zoning proposal, a third reading is scheduled for the Jan. 11, 2021, city council meeting.
The project would include 277 single family homes on 39 acres of land on South Navigation Boulevard.
The developer GMG Partners, LC, said the facility would include on-site management, and a playground as well as other amenities.
