CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Our calm winds will increase ahead of our Saturday night cold front, making our weather on Black Friday warmer again.

A strong storm system in the Rockies will move northeast across the Plains states and into the upper Midwest causing more winds, humidity and warmer temperatures until the trailing cold front arrives Saturday.

The dry, cooler air will make for beautiful and cooler conditions for much of next week.

Tonight will be muggy and milder with a low of 68 and patchy, light rain developing overnight.

Friday, expect lots of clouds again, very little sunshine and isolated morning showers giving way to a windy, humid and warmer afternoon with a high near 80.

Friday night will be unseasonably warm and muggy with cloudy skies and a low of 72 with a moderate southerly breeze.

Saturday, expect morning clouds to give way to some afternoon sunshine. It will still be rather breezy, humid and warmer with a high of 87.

There will be cooler and much lower humidity behind our cold front on Sunday.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
