CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — High pressure both surface and aloft will produce a nice warming trend ahead of our next big cold front on Monday.

So the key weather words are warmer, then colder, with wind in the transition.

Tonight will be clear with moonlit skies and areas of dense fog forming, with a chilly low of 49 under nearly calm conditions.

Friday, expect morning fog to give way to lots of sunshine, light winds and much warmer with a beautiful high near 80.

Friday night will be clear, calm and cool with a low of 52.

Saturday will be sunny, dry, breezy and warmer, with a high of 86.

Winds return on Sunday as it stays warm.
