CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Dry and hot upper level high pressure with its sinking air is moving back over the Lone Star State with uncomfortable weather conditions through the rest of this week.

Tonight will be breezy with mainly clear skies humid and warmer with a low near 80.

Tuesday expect lots of sunshine windy dry and baking hot with a high of 96.

Wednesday night will still be breezy warm and stuffy with mostly clear skies and a low of 79.

Thursday will mostly sunny very breezy with sweltering heat and a high of 95.The heat index will top out between 108 and 113 each afternoon.The tropics are once again quiet.
