Corpus Christi – It was a very hot and humid start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We made it up to 94 degrees this afternoon. We can expect similar weather conditions for Sunday. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with an overnight low around 77 degrees. Tomorrow we will see a mixture of sunshine and clouds with a daytime high around 92 degrees. The light will be out of the southeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The heat index value will be around 100 degrees again tomorrow.
We will see increasing moisture for the workweek ahead. We will see a slight chance of showers on Monday. This will lead to more widespread showers and thunderstorms on midweek. Temperatures will also be a little bit cooler on Tuesday and Wednesday. It will heat back up as we get closer to next weekend.
