Corpus Christi – We are waking up to another round of dense fog across the Coastal Bend this morning. However, this will dissipate later this morning as a cold front rolls through the area. There is a slight chance for a few showers and thunderstorms with the frontal passage. We should see clearing skies this afternoon with a daytime high near 80 degrees. The winds will shift to the northwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies and cooler conditions. Look for an overnight low around 48 degrees. The forecast for Sunday looks great with a mixture of sunshine and clouds with an afternoon high around 68 degrees.
Temperatures will remain in the low to mid 70’s for much of the week ahead. The best chances for rain will be on Tuesday and Thursday.
