Winter officially begins on Friday and it will certainly feel a little like winter with cold and below normal temperatures starting out but will quickly rebound under sunny skies. As Rocky Mountain high pressure moves east of the area on Saturday it will be close to 80 degrees. Very mild temperatures will prevail all week including Christmas with high s in the 70’s under mainly cloudy skies then.
Tonight expect decreasing winds very dry and cooler with a low near 40 but 30’s further inland to near 50 along the immediate coast.
Friday will be a fantastic day with sunny skies light winds very low humidity and a high near 70.
Friday night will be chilly but not as cold with a low of 46.
Saturday will remain sunny but a little breezy during the afternoon and warmer with a high near 80.
