CORPUS CHRISTI-It was a very pleasant start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw a mixture of sunshine and clouds with an afternoon high around 75 degrees. We are looking for some changes to our weather on Sunday. A cold front will roll through in the afternoon. This will lead to some rather chilly temperatures for the start to the workweek. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly cloudy skies with some patchy fog. Expect an overnight low around 63 degrees. Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy, breezy and warm. Look for a daytime high around 78 degrees with the winds shifting to the north at 15 to 20 miles per hour. Some stronger wind gusts are expected.
We will see well below average temperatures for the first part of the workweek. Daytime highs will be in the low to mid 60’s with overnight lows dropping into the 40’s. A gradual warm up is expected for the latter half of the week. We could see a few isolated showers for Friday and Saturday.
