A stalled front will continue to trigger showers over the region. More rain over night and decreasing during the day. Showers will have occasional thundershowers and continue through Thursday. We could see an additional 2 – 4 inches of rain. A area of low pressure near the Yucatan has the potential to develop into a tropical system. Whether or not it develops the stormy pattern will continue in Texas as that moisture moves onshore. There will be a decrease in the shower activity by the weekend.
