Corpus Christi-We are expecting more hot and mostly dry weather conditions this weekend in the Coastal Bend. However, it will feel a bit more humid as a bit more moisture will be moving in from the Gulf. The forecast for today calls for mostly sunny skies with a daytime high around 97 degrees. The winds will be picking up out of the southeast this afternoon around 10 to 15 miles per hour. Tonight we can expect partly cloudy skies with an overnight low around 77 degrees. We can expect similar weather on Sunday with a daytime high around 96 degrees.
The temperatures will drop off a couple of degrees as we move into the workweek ahead. There is a slight chance for showers each afternoon. The best rain chances will be late in the week. Daytime highs will continue in the mid 90’s with overnight lows in the upper 70’s. The tropics remain very quiet for us.
