RTA providing free shuttle rides to Vets-Wagner game

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) will be providing free park and ride shuttles to the Class 5A Division I state quarterfinal game between Veterans Memorial High School and San Antonio Wagner High School.

The complimentary “park & ride” shuttles will pick up customers at Corpus Christi City Hall before dropping passengers off near Buc Stadium.

City Hall will have free parking, and be specially marked, with CCRTA staff and security on site.

Shuttles will be available from 5:30 p.m. to approximately 11:00 p.m. Gates will open at 6 p.m. with the game kicking off at 7:30 p.m.

The drop-off location will be Bus Stop #1494 (Leopard @ Battlin Buc), near Buc Stadium.

CCRTA transportation vehicles are ADA compliant, and have ramps, wheelchair lifts, and secured wheelchair seating. No flammable items are allowed on CCRTA vehicles.
