16 high school games pushed up to Thursday because of approaching storm

Local school districts have pushed up kickoff to Thursday night for a slew of Coastal Bend area games set for the weekend.

Here’s a look at the games where a change has been confirmed. Other schools who are switching their games should contact KRIS-TV to let us know about their plans.

Games that will be played on Thursday include:

  • Banquete at Robstown, 7:30 p.m. Thursday
  • Bay City at Gregory Portland, 6:30 p.m. Thursday
  • Bishop at Taft, 7 p.m. Thursday
  • Ganado at Odem, 7:30 p.m. Thursday
  • Ingleside at Kingsville, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Javelina Stadium (originally in Ingleside)
  • King vs. Veterans Memorial, 7 p.m. Thursday at Cabaniss Stadium
  • Miller at Victoria East, 7 p.m. Thursday
  • Needville at Calallen, 5 p.m. Thursday
  • Orange Grove at Mathis, 7 p.m. Thursday
  • Refugio at Aransas Pass, 7 p.m. Thursday
  • Rockport-Fulton at Alice, 7:30 p.m., Thursday
  • Runge at Agua Dulce, 6 p.m. Thursday
  • San Diego at West Oso, 7:30 p.m. Thursday
  • Skidmore-Tynan vs. Benavides, 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Three Rivers
  • Tuloso-Midway at Beeville, 7:30 p.m. Thursday
  • Victoria West vs. Moody, 7 p.m. Thursday at Flour Bluff

Additionally another local game already set for Thursday will continue on the day as scheduled:

  • Carroll vs. Ray at Buc Stadium, 7 p.m. Thursday
