CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There may be a new type of golf course coming soon to Corpus Christi.
And you can forget about grabbing a 9-iron and instead pick up a frisbee.
The city is considering putting a 9-hole disc golf course at Brighton Park on the city's southside. They would join forces with the company Third Coast Disc Golf Association on the venture.
The city will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. next Thursday at Brighton Park to discuss the proposal.
