Man wins $15.5M on Christmas Eve

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Las Vegas man got a great Christmas present after he won almost $15.5M from a slot machine.

Suncoast Casino tweeted a picture of a check made out to "Kevin," and congratulated the player for winning the $15,491,103 Megabucks Progressive Jackpot.

FOX 7 Austin reports the winner, who is concealing his identity for safety reasons, inserted $40 in the slot machine before winning the multimillion dollar jackpot.

"Kevin" told local news outlets he plans on using the money to help his business and he also plans to pay if forward.
