Easier access to marijuana isn't necessarily leading to increased use.

A recent study in the Journal of the American Medical Association found no substantial rise in marijuana use among people living in states where the substance is now legal.

Researchers also found no increase in "cannabis use disorder" for those between the ages of 12 and 20 in states where marijuana is legal.
