Oh boy. A toddler got into some serious trouble after his parents discovered he shredded over a thousand dollars in cash.

According to KSL-TV, a Utah couple couldn’t find an envelope containing $1,060. Then they realized their toddler placed the letter into a shredding machine.

The money was supposed to be used to buy college football season tickets.

But it turns out the couple might not lose out.

According to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as long as the 50 percent of a cash note is identifiable, the money can be exchanged.
