Donald Trump and ESPN clearly don’t see eye to eye on many issues.

Their newest beef has surfaced as the president has launched a petition to get the “spineless” network to play the national anthem during its “Monday Night Football” broadcast.

ESPN president Jimmy Pitaro has said the network has not broadcast the anthem in the past and won’t change this year.

It prompted the president to send an email to his supports saying he’s started a petition to get the song on television before the games.

“Just after we heard a sitting governor trash America, ESPN has now decided it will no longer play the National Anthem before Monday Night Football,” Trump’s email said.

He’s referring to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who made headlines for his comments about the national anthem.

Trump’s email continues … “If ‘America’ is too offensive for anyone in our country, then what are they doing in America?”

“I’m calling on you to join me in denouncing this SPINELESS surrender to the politically correct liberal mob. I was the first person to sign this petition. Now I need you to follow my lead and be the second.”

Earlier this week, Trump railed at ESPN at a campaign rally in West Virginia.

The president couldn’t believe the network’s decision and delighted in telling his supporters about it.

“It was just announced by ESPN that rather than defending our anthem, our beautiful, beautiful national anthem and defending our flag, they just won’t broadcast when they play the national anthem.”

“We don’t like that,” Trump added.
