The man who plead guilty to licking ice cream at a Port Arthur Walmart and putting it back on the shelf was punished today.
D'Adrien Anderson was sentenced to 180 days probated over two years, but he has to serve 30 days in jail up front.
The 24-year-old also was fined $1,000, and he must pay restitution for all of the ice cream that had to be thrown out.
