CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association board of directors will hold its fourth quarter meeting.
This Tuesday, Dec. 10, they will decide if policy rates will go up by 5% for home and commercial property owners.
Local leaders are asking for as many people as possible to attend the meeting and have their voices heard opposing the increase.
The T.W.I.A. meeting will take place at the Omni Hotel, 900 N. Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401.
The public meeting begins at 8:30 a.m..
