CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There was an extra added feature today for visitors to the Texas State Aquarium.
American Sign Language translators were at some of the exhibits for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The aquarium hosted its second annual Deaf Awareness Day today.
Along with the sign language translators, the aquarium also had several booths with information from exhibitors like the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center, Special Olympics and Texas Workforce Solutions.
