Suspect arrested in weekend Calallen stabbing

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Charges have been filed in connection with another stabbing Sunday morning in the Calallen area.

The 38-year-old victim was found in a home in the 3600 hundred block of Cox Street.

The suspect – 43-year-old Rodolfo Garza - was arrested outside the house.

Police say Garza had been in the victim's home the night before, but there's no information on what led to the stabbing.

Garza faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

His bond is set at $45,000.
