City officials said crews have found the source of Monday night's wastewater spill, which caused a fish kill near Oso Bay.
The leak was found in a 36-inch line near the Oso Wastewater Reclamation Plant.
Crews will now have to dig down to the break in the line to repair it, but they don't know how long that will take.
Meanwhile, inspectors with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality have been to the scene as part of the investigation of what caused the line to rupture.
