CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Plans are in place for a large Thanksgiving Dinner.

The family of the late Mr. Joe Salem is extending a special invitation to anyone who would like to attend the 76th annual Joe Salem Thanksgiving Dinner.

The dinner will be from 12 to 2 pm Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2019 inside the Sokol Corpus Christi Gym. The gym is located at 5502 Kostoryz Drive.

The Thanksgiving event will be free and open to the public. The free event includes a turkey leg, sides, drinks, and of course, dessert. Since hundreds are expected to attend the dinner, organizers are asking for volunteers.
