CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A proposed tax increment reinvestment zone for North Beach faces its first vote at tomorrow's City Council meeting.
The North Beach TIRZ was originally set for an Oct. 15 vote, but it was pulled from the agenda after some council members requested more information about it
At that time, a first council vote had been reset for Nov. 12.
City Manager Peter Zanoni Last week, the city manager said it would be have its first vote tomorrow.
