CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The downtown Corpus Christi skyline is changing.
The old City Diner on Water Street, known for its 1950’s décor and homestyle cooking, is being demolished.
We're told the property has been sold and a hotel might be built on the site.
In its heyday, the City Diner was popular with both tourists and folks who worked downtown, although it went through ownership changes and name changes over the years.
