CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — If you're a fan of haunted houses then you'll want to visit the the largest one in Texas.
And it happens to be right here in Corpus Christi.
The "Haunting on the Blue Ghost" opens tonight.
Every Friday and Saturday two levels of the USS Lexington will be transformed into a fright fest.
If you are feeling brave, you'll go through 80 compartments with close to 100 monsters coming at you.
Staff there say the ship is the perfect place to have a haunted house.
"Let's be honest, most people think that the ship is haunted,” said Steve Banta, executive director of the USS Lexington. “And there are unexplained things on this ship. There's no doubt about it. People feel things and so we embrace that."
Tickets are $20 at the door and $30 for VIP entry to skip the line.
They recommend ages 8 and up.
Tonight is “Blackout Friday,” which means there won't be strobe lights but you will get a candle to help you make your way around.
