CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Hicks Elementary School student lost the tip of his finger when it was caught in a restroom stall door, and a bigger boy kicked the door.
The school says it was an accident, his mother says it’s a case of bullying.
The school has responded by sending this note home to parents today.
