CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank is looking for volunteers to help during this holiday season.
Bea Hanson, executive director of the food bank, met with KRIS 6 Sunrise anchor Paulo Salazar to talk about her organization.
Hanson will describe how the food bank has been impacted this year, how many pounds of food or meals have been distributed this year and how they are aiming to deliver more fruits and vegetables to people in need.
She will also describe how the food bank is working with other organizations across the Coastal Bend and how important donations are to her group.
